For work & health coaches

Nothing slips through the cracks.

Pathway is the commitment memory layer for action plans — it tracks the shared commitments and the coach's own actions, and keeps them visible until they're done. It sits alongside your CRM, not replacing it. Privacy-first, built for public-sector information governance.

No signup — the demo uses sample data and is fully interactive.

The Pathway coach dashboard showing participants, progress and status at a glance

A memory layer, not another CRM

CRMs record what happened. Pathway keeps track of what was promised — and makes sure it actually happens.

Dashboard

Every participant, at a glance

Progress, status flags, pending coach actions, and who's due to exit — in one place, without reconstructing it across spreadsheets, diaries and inboxes.

Action plans

Turn a plan into trackable, scaffolded tasks

Paste or upload an action plan and Pathway structures it into clear tasks and actionable steps — PII stripped before anything reaches the AI. You review and refine, and the coach's own commitments are tracked too.

Participant view

Useful even with zero participant logins

Participants get a clear, focused next step and can ask for help in one tap — through their own email app. The tool stays valuable whether or not they ever log in.

Resources

Link-based resources, no stored service details

Curated, generic resource links and search patterns — never stored addresses, phone numbers, or named clinics. Data minimisation by design.

How it works

From an unstructured plan to tracked commitments in four steps.

  1. 1

Paste or upload the action plan

Drop in session notes or a care plan — PDF, doc, or plain text.

  2. 2

AI structures it (PII stripped first)

Addresses, phones, emails and NHS numbers are scrubbed before anything reaches the model. Out come clear tasks and steps.

  3. 3

    You review and refine

Human-in-the-loop: approve, edit, or decompose tasks, and add your own coach commitments.

  4. 4

    Track it through to done

The participant sees their plan; you track progress and your commitments — and nothing disappears after a due date.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a CRM?
No. Pathway is a commitment memory layer that sits alongside your existing CRM. It doesn't own enrolment, case notes, or contact details — it tracks the commitments in an action plan.
How do you handle information governance and data?
Data minimisation throughout: PII (addresses, phones, emails, NHS numbers) is stripped before any text reaches the AI; no clinical records are stored; participant logins are pseudonymous; and aggregate metrics suppress small groups.
Do participants have to log in?
No. Pathway is valuable even with zero participant logins — the coach-side memory and exports work on their own. Participant access is optional.
Do you track or rank coaches?
No surveillance. There are no per-coach performance dashboards, rankings, or productivity metrics — that's an explicit non-goal.
How do participants contact their coach?
Through their own device email app via a mailto link. There's no in-app messaging, and no message content or contact details are stored or logged.

Built for the people doing the work

Pathway came out of frontline coaching, not a boardroom. It respects the constraints that make public-sector tools hard to adopt — and earns trust by doing less, safely.

  • Built by an NHS-licensed Work & Health Coach
  • Designed for public-sector & NHS-adjacent information governance
  • Privacy-first: data minimisation, PII scrubbing, no clinical records
  • No surveillance, no in-app messaging, no data resale
